Our business hours is from 10 am to 8 pm from Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday. However, we also can extend the business hours upon requested
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check in and prepare for Spa services so you can relax and capture the full value of your spa experience. All of our providers are professional and licensed. Please inform him/her of any special physical or medical needs conditions or considerations.
Appointment Reservations & Cancellation Policy
In order to accommodate everyone fairly, all appointments valued at $35 or more be reserved guaranteed by Gift Certificates, Credit Cards or Cash. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% service charge.
Personal Belongings
Lockers with keys are provided for your personal belongings. We regret, however, that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

PLEASE NOTE Gratuities are not included in treatement prices.
Gratuities are left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of services. Industry averages are 15% to 25% of your service.
